We work in the Education sector for clients including University of Bath, University of Oxford and UWE on a range of exciting projects - from online multiplayer games, to bespoke multi-site systems, to information-based websites.
Junior PHP developer
We are looking for an junior PHP developer to join our small team. This is a full-time roll based at our office in central Bath.
You will have 1-2 years commercial experience working in a web developer role, creating PHP websites built on Content Management Systems (Wordpress, Drupal, Expression Engine, etc). We predominantly use our own internal CMS for client work and would be looking for you to transfer your skills and grow these using our system.
We are looking for someone with a positive approach who is enthusiastic to develop their skill-set and take on new challenges. We will welcome your experience in using other 3rd party tools and systems.
Essential skills:
- 1-2 years commercial experience as a web developer (PHP, MySQL, Javascript)
- Have a knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Be articulate and able to think and work independently
- Have a positive approach to work and keen to develop their skill-set
Specifics
- Must be able to work from our office in Bath
- £22,000-£26,000 pa based on experience
- Flexible working hours
